Terry, a master educator, combines a Juris Doctor with his current work as an adjunct professor to offer students something rare: a tutor who has argued cases in legal prose and taught college classrooms, now sitting at your kitchen table. He works with middle school, high school, and college students across a wide sweep of subjects, including composition, creative writing, literature, grammar, reading comprehension, and vocabulary. He also covers US History, World History, AP Human Geography, and Anatomy, and prepares students for the SAT Verbal, ACT, and GED. Master Educators are our most experienced teachers, with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience. Expert tutors are talented tutors who are either certified teachers with less than 5 years experience, are experts in their field, or are gifted at teaching certain subject areas.

Our Master tutors are professional experienced teachers with subject matter experience and a minimum of 5 years of teaching/tutoring experience. Our Expert tutors are seasoned tutors with subject matter experience and a minimum of 3 years of teaching/tutoring experience. Each tutor undergoes an extensive internal screening process including a thorough background check, demo lesson and content knowledge quizzes.
