Jennifer, a master educator, earned her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Business Communication from Baruch College and holds a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Relay Graduate School. She is currently completing a second master’s in Elementary Special Education at Grand Canyon University. With over a decade of experience working with children and families, Jennifer blends her background in healthcare and education to support diverse learning needs. She has worked with students from birth through 6th grade and currently serves as a Special Education Resource Room teacher for grades K–6. Specializing in literacy instruction, she is highly skilled at differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners, guided by her belief that education is not one‑size‑fits‑all. Before entering the classroom, Jennifer worked as a vision therapist, helping children with learning disabilities strengthen visual processing and self‑regulation skills, and as a developmental interventionist in Early Intervention, supporting infants and toddlers in meeting developmental milestones. Outside of teaching, she enjoys exploring art festivals, discovering new foods from different cultures—her latest favorite being dan dan noodles—and engaging with visual art. Jennifer’s holistic, compassionate approach makes her a trusted and impactful educator.
