She holds a B.A. in Biology and Psychology and a Master’s in Education from Rutgers University, providing her with a strong foundation across science, psychology, language, and general education. Multilingual and versatile, Era speaks fluent English and Albanian with advanced proficiency in Spanish and Latin. She is highly skilled in earth science, biology, anatomy, English composition, and mathematics at all levels, including pre‑algebra, calculus, statistics, trigonometry, and honors/AP courses. An accomplished test prep tutor, she has successfully guided students through the SSAT, PSAT, SAT, and ACT. Known for her caring and strategic teaching style, Era customizes lessons to meet each student’s goals while fostering cross‑curricular connections and building confidence. Master Educators are our most experienced teachers, with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience. Expert tutors are talented tutors who are either certified teachers with less than 5 years experience, are experts in their field, or are gifted at teaching certain subject areas.

Whether you’re looking for help with grade school reading comprehension, AP Biology, college level statistics, foreign language or any other academic subject, Teacher Tutors has a tutor standing by.

Our Master tutors are professional experienced teachers with subject matter experience and a minimum of 5 years of teaching/tutoring experience. Our Expert tutors are seasoned tutors with subject matter experience and a minimum of 3 years of teaching/tutoring experience. Each tutor undergoes an extensive internal screening process including a thorough background check, demo lesson and content knowledge quizzes.

Our tutors conduct home visits throughout Northern New Jersey with our office based out of Livingston, New Jersey. When you select Teacher Tutors you can be confident that you are not signing up with an impersonal large chain.
