Diana, a master educator, is a highly accomplished special educator with over two decades of experience supporting learners from preschool through high school. She holds a B.A. in Special Education from William Paterson University, a Master’s in Educational Technology, and a Master of Divinity, an academic combination that reflects both her practical expertise and her compassionate approach to teaching. Extensively trained in Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson Reading, Fundations, and multi‑sensory instructional systems, Diana specializes in supporting neurodivergent students, including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, cognitive delays, and complex learning profiles. Rooted in individualized, strength‑based practice, she tailors instruction to each student’s interests, needs, and learning patterns, seamlessly adapting lessons in real time with hands‑on activities, assistive technology, visuals, games, movement, and conversation‑based learning. Known for her patience, creativity, and intuition, Diana excels at breaking down challenging concepts in ways that feel clear and engaging while nurturing confidence and agency. Professionally, she has served in inclusive classrooms, resource and self‑contained programs, early intervention, and high school instructional support, quickly identifying learning gaps and strengthening executive functioning skills to build sustainable routines for growth.
