A proud graduate of New York University, he earned his B.E. in Chemical Engineering before completing an M.A. in Education at Azusa Pacific University. A fully credentialed secondary math and science teacher, Ron has extensive experience tutoring students in all levels of mathematics, chemistry, and physics, as well as SAT, ACT, GRE, PSAT, Regents, and SSAT test preparation. His engaging teaching style and deep subject mastery help students build confidence, understanding, and a genuine appreciation for learning. Before becoming a full‑time educator, Ron enjoyed a distinguished career as a chemical engineer, bringing over 40 years of technical and business experience into his teaching. Master Educators are our most experienced teachers, with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience. Expert tutors are talented tutors who are either certified teachers with less than 5 years experience, are experts in their field, or are gifted at teaching certain subject areas.

Our Master tutors are professional experienced teachers with subject matter experience and a minimum of 5 years of teaching/tutoring experience. Our Expert tutors are seasoned tutors with subject matter experience and a minimum of 3 years of teaching/tutoring experience. Each tutor undergoes an extensive internal screening process including a thorough background check, demo lesson and content knowledge quizzes.

Our tutors conduct home visits throughout Northern New Jersey with our office based out of Livingston, New Jersey. When you select Teacher Tutors you can be confident that you are not signing up with an impersonal large chain.
